A Little Bit About Me
Hey, I’m Wesley.
If this is your first time visiting the site, this page is intended to give you a quick run down of what you can expect to find.
But first, a little about me: The earliest I can remember writing is age 10 when a poem I wrote was published in an anthology of young writers (if you follow me on Instagram you can even read how bad it was!). Only recently did I commit to the craft and decide to publish Hope In Every Raindrop. When I’m not writing you can usually find me reading, rock climbing, or doing pretty much anything outside with my wife and dogs.
And if you want to learn a little more about me, check out these 25 things.
I don’t have a rigid schedule for publishing content to this blog, but you can usually find new articles every month. If you don’t want to miss a thing, be sure to sign up for updates below:

Full Bio
Wesley Banks was born in the early 80s and grew up on the west coast of Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering. After spending nearly 8 years building movable bridges from Florida to Washington he decided to focus on his true passion: writing.
Wesley recently moved from Oregon to Florida, closer to family and his hometown. He lives on a small ranch with his growing family of six. While much of his time is spent writing, he recently took a position as a math and physics teacher at a local high school.
Wesley’s debut novel, “Hope In Every Raindrop,” was released May of 2015. He is currently working on the third novel in that series due out in 2024.
